Parmesan Biscuits with sesame seeds, sea salt and hot sauce


Parmesan — 200 g
Flour — 200 g
Salt (sea) — a pinch
Sesame (Black) — Pinch
Tabasco — a few drops
Butter (margarine is better) — 180 g


1. Sift flour.
2. Butter and cheese grate.
3. Knead a soft, elastic dough. Roll out the dough on parchment.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, sea salt. Push sesame seeds and salt to the dough with a rolling pin. Cut figured. Prick with a fork products. Drip on each product drop of hot sauce.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 220 C.
