Papaya salad and smoked eel.

INGREDIENTS
eel 90 g
papaya  35 g
Cherry  25 g
Strawberry  20 g
spinach  20 g
Salad Friess  10 g
mayonnaise  20 g
horseradish  10 g
salt  pinch

COOKING PROCESS
By frize salad with fresh spinach leaves and add the creamy horseradish.

Add mayonnaise, quite a bit of salt and mix well.

Cut strawberries.

Smoked eel cut into triangles beautiful.

The same triangles cut papaya. Cherry cut in half.

On lettuce and spinach nicely put cherry, strawberry, papaya and pieces of eel.
