Ingredients:
-Wholegrain flour — ½ cup
-Flour for baking — ½ cup
-Brown sugar — 2 tablespoons
-Baking powder — 1 tablespoon
-A pinch of salt
-Ricotta — 200 g
-Milk — ¾ cup
-Butter — 3 tablespoons
-Egg — 1 pc
-Small pieces of chocolate / chocolate chips — ½ cup
-Basil — 2 tablespoons (10-12 fresh leaves)
-Maple syrup
Cooking method:
1. Heat the pan and pour the olive oil. Finely chop the basil
2. The flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl, mix …… and another break an egg, add the ricotta ……. milk and melted butter. Whisk
3. Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth.
4. Then add chocolate pieces and finely chopped basil.
5. Stir again.
6. On a hot frying pan and pour the dough 2-3 minutes upside down (to the edges become golden).
7. Serve with butter and / or maple syrup.
