Pancakes with ricotta, poppy seeds, honey and lemon

Ingredients:
-Thin pancakes of your favorite recipe 6-7 pcs.
-Ricotta 400-450 gr.
-1-2 tbsp honey. l.
-Lemon juice 1.5 Art. l.
-Honey supply to taste

Preparation:
Cook pancakes on your favorite recipe and checked by simply adding to the dough poppy (it can be dried on a dry frying pan).
For the filling combine the ricotta, honey and lemon juice and beat well until smooth.
For each pancake put part of the ricotta and rolled into a roll.
Feeding, watering is an additional portion of honey.
