Pancakes with curd


Flour — 120 g
Milk — 250 ml
Water — 125 mL
Sugar — 90 g
Eggs — 2 pcs
Salt — 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil — 5 tablespoons
Cream cheese or soft cheese — 240 g
Vanilla extract — 1/2 sticks
Lemon peel — 1 tsp
Nutmeg — 1/4 tsp

Take a bowl and add the flour, eggs
Then add the milk, water and salt and whisk until konsinstentsii liquid sour cream.
In a well-heated frying pan with oil and fry blur pancakes.
After roasting, carefully remove the pancake
In a small bowl, add the cream cheese or soft cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and nutmeg
All this is thoroughly whisk until smooth
Evenly spread the cream filling on each pancake
Fold the pancake in half
Then again, to get a triangular envelope
Pancakes are ready. In the end they can pour chocolate or jam (to your taste).
