Pancakes with cinnamon.

Butter Toppings 100 gr.
Sugar 150 gr.
Cinnamon 1 hour. L.
Butter 100g.
Philadelphia Cream Cheese Gravy 150 gr.
Powdered sugar 80g.
Milk Dough 500 ml.
Flour, 320 gr.
Disintegrant 4 h. L.
Salt 2/3 hours. L.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Preparing the filling:
Melt butter in a skillet.
Remove from heat and combine with the sugar and cinnamon.
Transfer to a pastry bag.

Preparation of the sauce:
In a skillet melt the butter, add the cream cheese and stir until dissolved.
Add the icing sugar and stir until smooth, smooth mass. Remove from heat.

Preparation of the test:
In a bowl, pour the milk and add to it gradually sifted flour with salt and baking powder,
stirring whisk.
Then add the eggs and vegetable oil, all combine until smooth.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Ladle pour the dough into the pan, then cut the corner from a pastry bag and immediately extrude the filling on the pancake coil (starting from the middle).
Fry over low heat until until pancake grabbed the top (as if covered with foil).
Making fire is stronger and turn it into a pancake fry for 3 minutes until caramel brown.
Before you fry the other pancake to wipe it with a paper towel and remove the remnants of caramel
the new grease. Do the same with the rest of the test.
Ready-made pancakes pour sauce. If the sauce has thickened it can be warmed in a microwave oven.
