-200 grams of flour.

Dough. Sift flour, mixed with milk, eggs, salt and chopped dill. Carefully stir to avoid lumps.
Fry thin pancakes on both sides.
Filling. The eggs are clean and cut into circles.
Ham cut into thin slices.
Cheese rub on a medium grater. Stuffing not mix.
On pancakes put slices of ham on top – two eggs cup, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Fold crepes letter envelopes.
Breading. Egg whisk with salt.
In a separate bowl pour the breadcrumbs.
Fritters dipped in egg.
Breading. Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
