Pancakes at yogurt custard.

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
Egg 1 pc.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt — to taste 1 pinch

Preparation:
Stir whisk, add 160 g of flour, stir well to avoid lumps.
Pour 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and mix.
Pour half a cup of boiling water and add 1/3 tsp soda rapidly mix and pour into a dough.
Bring the dough until smooth and bake on a hot skillet. Who loves pancakes thinner, the dough can be slightly diluted with hot water.
