Pancake sweet potato.

This sweet potato pancakes full of flavor, which are perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert!



  -2¾ Cup flour
-¾ Teaspoon salt
-6 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
-¾ Teaspoon baking soda
-1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
-3 Cups buttermilk
-3 eggs
-2 Tablespoons salted butter, melted
-1 Cup of mashed potatoes, baked sweet potatoes
-Lozhki Honey 2
-1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
-¾ Teaspoon ground ginger
FURTHER oil pan

Cooking method:
1.Vzbeyte flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder, set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs and melted butter. Add sweet potatoes, honey, cinnamon, ginger and mix well.
3. Add wet mixture to the dry sweet potato mixture.
Combine well, but not over mix. The dough should still be a little lumpy. 4. If time allows, let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
5.Teplo frying pan over medium heat.
6.Dobavit butter quite subtly cover the pan.
7.Razleyte dough ⅓ cup at a time. Cook pancakes until done and lightly browned on each side.
8.Povtorite, cooking pancakes in batches adding oil to move as needed.
