Pancake pie with mushrooms and chicken.

For the pancakes:
• Milk – 500 ml
• Eggs – 2 pcs,
• Flour – 200 g,
• Salt – 0.5 tsp,
• Sugar – 1 tablespoon,
• Vegetable oil – 50 ml

For filling:
• boiled chicken – 300 g,
• mushrooms – 200 g,
• Onions – 2 pcs.
• Oil for frying – 30 ml
• Salt

For the filling:
• 4 tablespoons sour cream,
• chicken egg – 1 pc.

1. The ingredients for pancakes knead and bake the batter pancakes.

2. Mushrooms and onions cut into small pieces and fry in oil.
