Pancake cake with cherry filling.


Cottage cheese – 300 g
Chicken Eggs – 2 pcs.
Salt and soda – on splinter
Boiling water – 300 ml
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Flour – 8 tablespoons
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
For filling:
Pitted Cherries – 400 g
For the cream:
Sour cream – 300 ml
Sugar – 0.5 cups
Vanilla sugar – bag

1. Start with the advise that reach a cherry from the freezer and defrost it. After remove the bone.

8. Now add the flour little by little, achieving the desired consistency and homogeneous structure. And, of course, do not forget about vegetable oil to the dough.
9. When it is ready, bake the traditional way our pancakes, adding them to the pile. Then I advise you to cover this pile inverted a bowl for 10 minutes – then the pancakes are soft and pliable, with them it will be easy to work with.
10. Next, we will make the usual sour cream – a mixer, beat all the necessary ingredients.
11. Now take the dish, which will form a cake.
12. For each pancake we put our cherries and turn into a tube. Place on platter.
13. In the first row, we need 5 tubes – are covered by the cream, then 4 rolls and cream, then – 3 things again and cream, 2 rolls – cream and spread on top of the last straw.
14. Fill our pancake hut cream and decorate with chocolate remnants.
15. Leave the cake for 2 hours for impregnation.
