Orange-coconut manna.

Dough:
1 cup flour
1 cup semolina
1 small glass of coconut
1 package (10 g) baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs (divided into whites and yolks)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest from one large orange

Syrup:
1 st.vody
3/4 st.sahara
Juice of 1/2 large lemon

1. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until soft peaks form.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks + oil + orange juice + orange zest.
4. Add the dry mixture to the yolk and good, but not for long mix.
5. Add 1/3 the mixture gently beaten egg whites and fast, by storing mix, then, in two steps to add the remaining whites.
6. Arrange the dough into the molds and put bake in pre-heated oven.
7. Remove the cake from the oven and give a little (5 minutes) to cool, chop the cake with a toothpick and pour the still hot cake with warm syrup.

Syrup:
In a small saucepan pour the sugar and pour water, put on medium heat, allow to boil. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, until the syrup starts to thicken slightly. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir.
