OPEN quiches Lauren chicken and mushrooms

For the dough:
• Margarine – 125 grams;

• Cream (33%) – 300 ml

1.Prigotovim dough: sift the flour into a bowl and rub it on a coarse grater margarine.
Add egg, salt and water. Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2.Prigotovim filling: Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it in oil. Add to it the mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
3.Otvarite chicken in salted water, remove and cool. Cut it into small cubes and add to the mushrooms. Just stir the filling is ready.
4.Prigotovim fill: Pour into a bowl and rub the cream cheese on a medium grater. Connect cheese and cream. Stir. Filling is ready.
