Wheat flour 135g
Tsp salt
Teaspoon ground black pepper
Chili powder tsp
250ml natural yoghurt
Egg chicken 2 pieces.
Onion 3 pc.
Vegetable oil 20ml
Potato Chips 100g

Cooking method:        
Preheat oven to 200 C. In a large bowl, mix flour cup, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of black and a teaspoon of red pepper.
In another medium bowl, combine yogurt, eggs and cups + 2 tablespoons flour. Whisk, whisk until smooth dough.
Chips should be well crushed.
Peel onions and cut into rings about a centimeter wide.
Spread on baking parchment and grease with vegetable oil. Throw in a hot oven for 8 minutes – or until oil sizzle. In the meantime, get covered onion rings in flour mixture in a large bowl.
Dip each ring into the batter and let excess drip off.
Then drag to the ring milled chips.
Ready rings lay on a baking sheet and bake each side until golden brown for 8 minutes on average.
Sprinkle with salt until the onion rings are still hot.
Serve with any interesting sauce. You can mix plain yogurt with herbs.
