Onion chicken pie.


For the dough:

-Flour – 1.5 cups
-sour cream – 150g
-clivochnoe oil – 100g
-egg – 1 pc
-baking powder – 1 tsp
-a pinch of salt

For filling:

-Chicken (fillet) – 350g
-Cheese – 150g
-vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
-onions – 4 pcs
-a pinch of dried thyme


Prepare the dough. Sift the flour, add salt, baking powder, egg and mix. Pour the melted butter and sour cream.

Knead a smooth, soft dough.

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Boil in salted water for chicken, then cut it into small pieces.

Onions cut into half rings and fry in a pan on a mixture of butter and vegetable oils. Season the onions with salt, pepper and thyme.

After 30 minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out on a baking pan with the stock, top with chicken and fried onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and evenly sprinkle it on top of the cake. Give shape to the cake, shaped pinch edges and send in the oven.
