OMELETTE WITH POTATOES

Cooking method:
1.Proteret 6 boiled potatoes, to drive 2 eggs, salt and pepper and add as much flour as to obtain not too stiff dough.
2. Do small balls of dough and gently roll out.
3.Podzharit finely chopped bacon, put in the pan and pour the potato cakes all with a mixture of 5 beaten eggs with 0.5 cups of milk. Bake in the oven.
