Omelette with mushrooms



Eggs – 4 pcs.
Mushrooms (fresh or frozen mushrooms or mushrooms) – 200 g
Onions – 1 pc.
The milk – ½ cup
Fresh fennel – a little
solid cheese varieties – 50 g
Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp. l.
Salt – to taste


1. Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.
2. Onion peel and chop.
3. Add it to the mushrooms, salt and fry.
4. Separate the whites from the yolks, the yolks just stir and whites beat with a mixer.
5. Connect the whites with the yolks, add milk, salt and stir. Pour this mixture of mushrooms and onions.
6. Cook over a moderate heat for 3-5 minutes, then cover and cook for another minute. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a fine grater, fennel wash and chop.
7. Ready omelette sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
