Omelette with fried pepper BY Basque

Traditionally, eggs are very fond of Spain. Omelette, the national heritage of any region of the hot country. This recipe is from the north, from the proud Basque Country. Delicious, healthy breakfast of available products.



Eggs – 4 pcs
Green pepper – 110 g
Butter – 10 g
Onions – 2 pcs
Garlic – 2 cloves
Tomatoes – 450g
Basil leaves – 0.5 tbsp
Ground black pepper – to taste
Salt – to taste

1. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and beans, cut into cubes. Tomatoes need to take solid.

2. Fry the peppers in oil, oil drain (1 dessert spoon need to save). Cut the peppers into strips. In a frying pan melt the butter, add the oil, the remainder of the peppers, put the onion and fry for 10 minutes, not leading to brown.

3. Put the chopped garlic and tomatoes, stir, add salt, pepper, basil and cook for 20 minutes. Put the pepper strips.

4. Beat the eggs, add them to the pan. Stir until then, until the mixture begins to thicken, and the eggs will not be ready. Remove the pan from the heat and, without ceasing to interfere, to the table.
