Okroshka nuts (Russian)

Sour cream 2 cups
Walnut crushed 4 tablespoons
Cucumbers 1 piece
Radishes 3 pieces
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Dill to taste

1. Cucumber and radish rinse and dry. Cucumber peel, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Radish grate.
2. Nuts and calcined crush. Garlic chop.
3. Sour cream (can be replaced with less fat, but always thick yogurt) beat with a mixer. Add the crushed garlic there, nuts, salt and pepper. Mix well and place in the refrigerator for a short while. If the consistency is too thick, it can be diluted with boiled water.
4. Before serving, mix the cucumber, radish and sour cream mass. On top decorate with finely chopped dill.
