Mega healthy breakfast prepared by all the canons of modern healthy diet.
Ingredients:
Oatmeal (the amount and method of preparation, define yourself)
ground flax seeds
chia seeds
unrefined coconut oil (or butter), to taste
ripe juicy pear, cut into cubes
prunes, chopped (cherries perfect, and you can take what is at rukoy- figs, raisins, apricots)
pine nuts (or walnuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, to your taste and availability)
ground cinnamon
Cooking method:
Cooked oatmeal mixed with coconut oil, sprinkle with flax and chia seeds.
Top with pear cubes. I previously put them for 1 minute in micro, but this is optional.
Sprinkle with dried fruit, nuts and cinnamon.
