Oatmeal Creme brulee with ginger cream.

4 servings:

Ginger Cream:
1/2 cup heavy cream (33%)
2 thin slices fresh ginger
cinnamon stick and vanilla polstruchka (seeds)
zest of half an orange (peeler to remove only the yellow part)
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp nutmeg

4 cups water
2 cups of oatmeal (old-fashioned)
1/4 cup dried cherries
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 cup fresh or frozen (defrost) raspberries
1/4 cup sugar

1. In a small saucepan, mix the cream, ginger, cinnamon or vanilla, orange zest and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes Remove from heat and drain. Add maple syrup and nutmeg.
2. In a saucepan bring the water to a boil, add oatmeal, cherry, salt to taste. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add brown sugar and 1/4 cup ginger cream mix. Cover and leave for 2 minutes.
3. At the bottom 4 kremanok expanded raspberries, top with oatmeal, sprinkle with sugar and place under the grill at a distance of 10-15 cm from the heating element to the caramelization of sugar, 7 minutes You can also burn the gas burner for sugar creme brulee. Serve with the remaining ginger cream.
