Oatmeal cookies with raisins, nuts and cinnamon

225g softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

2. In a large mixer bowl, beat butter with the sugar, eggs and vanilla.

3. The flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl, mix. Gradually enter into the oil-egg mixture. Mix and then just add the raisins and chopped nuts. Stir until smooth and place the dough in the fridge for an hour.

4. Fasting Put small portions of dough (1 teaspoon) on the laid baking. Top lightly press down. Bake for 10 minutes. Do not overdo! Totally cool and serve.
