Oat-ginger cake with plums
Good cake with plums, soft foundation, juicy plums and crispy Sprinkling, ginger adds piquancy.

– 140g butter
– 100g brown sugar (I have a little less)
– 100g syrup, syrup or liquid honey
– 250g plums (pitted weight)
– 140g flour
– 1 tsp baking powder

– 25g rolled oats
– 2 tsp grated ginger root

Cooking method:
