INGREDIENTS

oatmeal (preferably noodles) — 2 cups
Eggs — 2 pcs
Sugar — 1 cup
Walnuts — a small handful
butter — 100 g
flour — 1 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar — 1 hour. L.

COOKING METHOD

1.Walnuts chop. Rolled oats in a blender grind into flour. Pour them into a bowl, add the sifted flour, vanilla sugar and walnuts. Stir.

2. Mixer softened butter with the sugar until completely smooth white. Continuing to whisk, gently pour in the eggs. Then add the flour and nuts and knead the dough.

3. Dough on a floured work surface and roll out to a thickness of 1 cm. With the help of molds cut dough different figures. Put them on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 20 minutes.
