Nut rolls "Coda"


For the dough:
● 1 tbsp. yogurt
● 250g margarine
● 3 tbsp. flour
● 1 tsp soda
● 1 tsp salt
For filling:
● 300 grams of walnuts
● 1 tbsp. sugar
● 1 egg yolk to lubricate reletov
● vegetable oil for greasing the pan


1. First make the dough. To do this, grind the margarine with the flour, baking soda and salt, add the yogurt, knead the dough.
2. Now for the filling. Nuts connect with sugar and grind in a blender.
3. Then the dough thinly and evenly raskotaem lay out the filling of the entire surface. We turn off all the roll.
4. Roll diagonally cut into pieces of 4 cm thick. Top grease yolk. The cut pieces spread on a baking sheet greased with oil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
