Nicoise with fresh tuna.

Salad Nicoise — famous Provencal cuisine. Classic salad recipe includes tomatoes, anchovies, garlic and olives. We offer to cook one of the most popular options Nicoise — boiled eggs, mixed salad and tuna.

INGREDIENTS
salad mix  40 g
tuna sauce  60 g
quail eggs  1 PC.
tuna  100 g
cucumber  40 g
tomatoes  40 g
black olives  15 g
radish  3 g
Sweet pepper  10 g
pesto  5 g

COOKING PROCESS
1.Prepare the tuna sauce. To do this, mix 120g of canned tuna, Japanese mayonnaise 150 g, 20 g garlic paste, salt and pepper to taste. Beat in a blender for 10-15 minutes.

2.Tuna cut into 6 pieces.

3.Fry on the grill for 10-15 minutes.

4.Coarsely chop the cucumber, tomato and pepper. Radish cut into thin rings on the slice. Boiled egg cut in half.

5.Plate coat with tuna sauce.

6.For the sauce put mix salad (corn, Mangole, mini spinach, Frise, Romano).

7.Top with cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, radishes, eggs.

8.On vegetables lay grilled tuna and olives.

9.Garnish with watercress, basil, pour the dressing and serve.
