Nests with creamy mushroom filling

Ingredients:
Pasta (nests) — 6 pieces;
Sour cream — 100 grams;
Mushrooms all — 150 grams;
Garlic — 2 cloves;
Chicken egg — 1 pc;
Grated cheese — 100 grams;
Greens (parsley) — 1 small bunch;
Salt and pepper — to taste

Preparation:
Nests boil for 5 minutes in boiling water (water should cover the slots). Mushrooms can take any — fry raw or pickled. Finely chop the mushrooms, mix them with crushed garlic, fresh herbs and sour cream. There also add grated cheese and lightly beaten egg. Jacks to get out of the water, set on a baking sheet (it is possible to invest in molds for cupcakes) their stuff with filling and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
