Mushrooms with chicken and cheese

-500g chicken
60g feta
10 large fresh mushrooms
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
fresh parsley to taste
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil


1. Wash and dry mushrooms, trim with a sharp knife and remove the stem. Cover the baking dish with parchment and lay it up cap holes.

2. Finely chop the chicken. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat, add the chopped chicken, cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. While the chicken is fried, finely chop mushroom stem. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms to the pan with the chicken, and cook together for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Mix the flour with sour cream. Reduce the heat and pour the cream into the pan. Salted, season with black pepper and mix. Simmer for another 8-10 minutes, until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat to cool.

5. While the mixture cools, preheat the oven to 180C.

6. Rub the grated feta and mix with chicken and mushrooms. Add the chopped parsley and stir.

7. Using two tablespoons, stuffing evenly between the prepared mushroom caps. On top of the filling, sprinkle grated mozzarella.

8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then let the mushrooms cool slightly and serve.
