Mushroom soup in Chinese


Fresh mushrooms — 125 g
Green onions — 2 pcs.
Garlic — 1 clove
Cucumbers — 1 pc.
Noodles — 25g
Salt — to taste
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce — 1 tbsp. l.


1. Chop the onion, garlic cut lengthwise. Fry in a wok half a minute.
2. Chop the mushrooms and cucumber (better if you clean the seeds).
3. Add them to the wok to the onion and garlic, cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour half a liter of water, add the noodles and bring to a boil.
5. Pour a spoonful of soy sauce, salt and simmer the soup for about 3 min
