Mushroom KULECHKI

Ingredients:
•  1 package puff pastry ready
• — 5 medium-sized potatoes
• — 2 onions
• — 200 grams of dried mushrooms
• — 100 g of cheese
• — 1 bunch of parsley
• — 2 eggs
• — pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms soak, boil, squeeze.
2. Potatoes cooked in their skins, peel and cut into cubes.
3. Mushrooms fried with onions.
4. Cheese grate.
5. Potatoes, cheese, mushrooms, pepper mix.

6. thawed puff pastry cut into rectangles.
7. The eggs lightly beaten.
8. The inner part of the resulting rectangles lubricate the egg, put the filling and roll into kulёchki.

9. Put kulёchki on baking, brush with remaining egg and bake in the oven and bake 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
