In skorovode heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion in it until golden brown.
Add the finely chopped garlic, salt and dill.
At the end, add the mushrooms.
Close the cover pan, reduce the heat and leave to stew until the mushrooms will not let the juice.
Then remove the lid and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat, cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the egg and mix.
Pour the flour and knead the dough.
In a pan fry small pancakes with olive oil on both sides until golden brown.
