Muffins with ham and spinach.

Sometimes you want to turn breakfast into a real holiday. And what easier way to do this? Prepare something unusual, is not banal. So dish can be muffins with ham and spinach. They are obtained tasty, beautiful, and decorate any breakfast. Moreover, they can be submitted as an appetizer for any occasion. Guests will appreciate!

flour – 250 g;
baking powder – 2 tsp .;.
Salt – a pinch;
Eggs – 2 pcs .;
milk – 100 ml;
olive oil – 1 tbsp. l .;
cheddar cheese (grate) – 2 tbsp. l .;
parmesan cheese (grate) – 1 tbsp. l .;
Fresh Spinach – 1 bunch;
sesame seeds – 1 tsp .;.
ham (cut) – ¼ cup;
sun-dried tomatoes (chopped) – 1 tbsp. l.


Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Grease muffin form a small amount of oil.
Sift the flour into a large bowl, add baking powder and salt. Make a well in center of flour, to drive the egg, add milk, olive oil and knead the dough.
Add grated cheddar, parmesan, ham, sun-dried tomatoes and blanched spinach.
The mixture is put into molds for muffins, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a central portion of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
