Mint pancakes with chocolate drops.

-Flour, 200 gr.
-Soda 1 hour. L.
-Baking powder 1 hour. L.
-Sugar 50g.
-Egg 1 pc.
-Milk (room temperature) 250 ml.
-Tincture of peppermint (available at pharmacies) 2/3 hours. L.
-Green dye pinch taste
-Thermostable Chocolate Drops 40 gr.
-Cocoa powder For the chocolate sauce 3 tbsp. l.
-Sugar For the chocolate sauce 4 tbsp. l.
-Cream For the chocolate sauce 5 Art. l.
-Butter For the chocolate sauce 30 oz.

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, dissolve the dye in the milk and mint infusion.
The dry ingredients and add the egg mint milk, stir well until a uniform consistency
Add dough, chocolate drops
The dough should have a sufficiently dense, if necessary, pour a tablespoon of flour until the desired consistency.
The pan warm over medium heat. The lubricating oil is not necessary. Spread a tablespoon of dough when they start to appear and burst bubbles – Pancake flip and cook for half a minute, a minute.
For the chocolate sauce in a saucepan, mix 3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder, 4 tbsp. l. sugar, 5 tablespoons of cream and 30 grams of butter, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches the consistency of the sauce, if necessary, dilute cream.
Pancake fold pile on top of the squeeze out a little bit of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate drops, pour sauce.
