Mini pancakes of green peas with salmon and quail egg.

– Article 1.5, fresh frozen green peas,
– 1-2 tbsp flour
– 1 large egg,
– 1 tbsp melted butter,
– Salt, freshly ground pepper,
– 12 pieces of quail eggs,
– 12 thin slices of salted salmon.

Cooking method: 

Peas defrost (if frozen). 1/3 set aside, and the rest to boil for 2-3 minutes. Pull out and immediately put into ice water, so he did not lose color.

Transfer to a blender, to drive the egg, add the flour, salt, pepper and oil. All turn into a puree.

Put in a bowl and add the remaining peas. Stir.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and bake 12 small pancakes.

Separately, fry the quail eggs so that the yolk was runny.

Each oladik put a slice of salmon on top of the egg.

Eat warm. I think it will be very tasty with hollandaise sauce.
