Mini cheesecakes

Mini cheesecakes.

-1 cup crushed cookies
-1/4 cup sugar
-4 tablespoons butter, melted
-400 grams of cream cheese (a soft cheese rubbed)
-2 large eggs
-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-berries (jam)

Cooking method:

1.Preheat oven to 180 °. In a baking cupcakes, put paper molds.
2.In a bowl, mix the chopped cookies, sugar and softened butter, get baby. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture, breadcrumbs in each mold. Top press down somewhat flat to form a good basis.
3.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese. Add the eggs, lemon juice, sugar and beat until smooth. Put into each mold to 3 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture.
4.Cheesecakes Bake 17 – 19 minutes or until they cracked.
5.Cool cheesecake in shape for 5 minutes, then put them on the grill. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
6.Remove paper liners and pour over cheesecake every 2 tablespoons jam. Keep refrigerated.
