Mini charlotte with pears

INGREDIENTS
4 small pears
1.5 cups flour
3 tbsp. l. Sahara
3 eggs
50 ml of cream
50 g butter
2-3 hours. L. baking powder
4 h. L. breadcrumbs

COOKING METHOD
1. 1 egg divide into yolks and whites, protein aside. 2 egg yolks and whisk whisk with 3 tablespoons Sahara. Add 50 ml of sour cream, sprinkle in the flour sifted with baking powder. Stir.
