Mini Caprese.

мини капризе

Cherry tomatoes 400 gr.
Mozzarella 70 g.
Arugula and basil to taste
Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewer – to taste 1 package

Tomatoes cut into two pieces, cheese cut into plates.
All the ingredients are strung on skewers (long or short).
Olive oil and vinegar mix in a convenient bowl with a fork until the state of the emulsion. The second option – pour into a small jar, cover with lid and shake vigorously until all of the same emulsion. The third option – whisk whisk (mini-mixer) for a cappuccino.
Add the dressing and salt and pepper.
Fast Caprese spread in a bowl, add the basil (chopped or whole leaves) and arugula, pour dressing.
