Mexican food — Burrito

Burrito — Mexican dish, which means spicy, juicy, satisfying and very tasty. Basis — soft wheat tortilla — tortilla and filling may consist of different ingredients, as long as they are combined. For example, ground beef, red beans, corn, rice, tomatoes, fresh vegetables, herbs, cheese and always delicious sauce.

Turkey fillet — 400 g
Corn oil — 40 ml
Garlic cloves — 2 pcs.
Red beans in their own juice — 400 g
Chili powder — ½ tsp
Cumin (cumin) — ½ teaspoon
Sweet yellow pepper — 1 pc.
Chicken broth — 200 ml
Sol½ — teaspoon
Cilantro (coriander) — 30 g
Tomato puree — 150g
Tortilla — 6 pieces

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Servings: 6
Calories: 248 kcal per serving

Cooking method:   

1.Clean the turkey from the veins and cut into narrow oblong pieces.

2.Fry on a hot pan, then add the chopped garlic and stir.

3.Add the beans without liquid.

4.Put spices. Number of chili is determined depending on the desired sharpness and quality of pepper. It is better to put a little less, and then add.

5.Sweet peppers cut into strips and put in a pan, too. Fry all together for 2-3 minutes.

6.Pour the broth into the pan, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes without a lid.

7.Add fresh chopped cilantro (coriander).

8.And finally — the tomato puree or chopped tomatoes without skin. Extinguish all together for another 3-5 minutes and remove from heat.

9.Wrap the stuffing in the tortilla, folding them like envelopes. Wrap one end of the burrito foil to the filling does not leak, and serve.
By burritos can be submitted sour cream or guacamole.

10.The filling for burritos instead of turkey or chicken can be put ground beef, the main use of the necessary spices and not to fear the severity, then we get what we need.
