Menu for Easter. Lean roll with poppy seeds

Such rolls with poppy seeds baked even our great-grandmother, when fasting before Christmas and Easter. This baking is not necessary to add any eggs or milk, or butter. But even without baking turns out very tender and delicious, and even low-fat! The stuffing can also add raisins, dried apricots and walnuts.



Wheat flour – 2.25 Art.
Yeast dry – 1.5 tsp
Water – 1.3 Art.
Sugar – Article 1.25.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Mack – 1 tbsp.
Potato starch – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp

1. Prepare the yeast dough: one and a half tea spoon of yeast diluted in a glass of water, add 2 cups of flour, vegetable oil, a teaspoon of sugar and a half teaspoon of salt.

2. Prepare the filling of poppy: add to poppy starch, a tablespoon of flour, a cup of sugar and about 80 milliliters of water.

3. Roll out the dough into a thin layer over the entire surface and distribute the stuffing of poppy. Fold the dough into a roll so that the poppy was inside. Slice the rolls in five centimeters in height.

4. round shape pave baking paper and tuck it tightly resulting rolls, starting in the center, they are joined in a single pie. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
