Medallions of pork with red onion and orange

Delicious, beautiful and celebratory dish turns out! Suitable for a romantic dinner or a family meal.

Pork (tenderloin or loin) — 700 g
Red onion — 6 pcs.
Garlic — 4 tooth.
Celery stemmed — 3 pieces.
Bacon cut into strips — 4 pcs.
Chili -by taste
Orange — 1 piece.
Salt — to taste sea
Ground black pepper — to taste
Pink pepper — to taste
Cranberry sauce — 2 tablespoons. l.
Sweet mustard — 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce — 1 tbsp. l.
Greens — to feed.


1 pork cut into slices 2 cm thick, wrapped in a strip of bacon, tie thread.
2. Fry in a pan on the grill 3 minutes on each side.
3. Onions clean, wash, cut lengthwise into four pieces, celery cut arbitrarily. Mix cranberry sauce, sweet mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix all until smooth.
4. If the sauce is too thick will add a little water.
5. Pour the onion and celery sauce, mix well. At the bottom of a baking dish put vegetables in sauce on top — pork medallions.
6. Orange parboiled, dry, finely cut into slices.
7. Put the orange in a baking dish.
8. Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped chilli.
9. Bake at 180 * 30 minutes of polukonvektsii.
10. Every 10 minutes to pour sauce medallions from the bottom of the form. Serve sprinkled with herbs, and do not forget to remove the skin.
