Meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce

● Egg – 1 pc
● Onions (1 pc in beef, 1 piece in the sauce) – 2 pieces
● Mushrooms (any) – 200 g
● Black pepper
● Salt
● Rice – 200 g
● Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. l.
● Minced meat (pork, beef)- 500 g
● Cheese – 50g
● cream (10-20% fat) – 200 ml

1. Mix the finely chopped onion, minced meat, egg, boiled rice, salt, pepper and knead well.
2. Roll the balls the size of a tangerine, and fry them in vegetable oil.
3. In a separate pan, until meatballs are fried, in vegetable oil fry the chopped onions on kubichki and mushrooms.
4. Pour the cream, salt and pepper. The sauce is ready.
5. When the meatballs browned with two supporters fill them with mushroom sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven preheated to 180 degrees.
6. After 30 minutes, the meatballs are ready! When applying, you can still sprinkle with grated cheese or chopped greens.
