Ingredients:
Pork loin
Tomatoes
Cheese
Mustard
Salt pepper
Mushrooms
Spinach
Preparation:
1. The meat cut into pieces and put in a fireproof dish.
2. Season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard.
3. A layer of mushrooms,
tomatoes and cheese.
4. Sprinkle spinach
5. Put in the oven for 1 hour at 220 degrees.
