Meat pizza.

This pizza diet, of course, will not name, but what it vkusnyuschaya! She has a soft dough with the air crisp on the edges and flavorful meat filling. In size, it takes a pan, so if you have a large family, it will be just in time. And if not – invite your friends and start kneading.

-Wheat flour, 400 gr.
-Salt 1/2 hour. L.
-Yeast 5 g dry fast.
-Olive oil 45 ml.
-Pizza Sauce 150ml.
-Mozzarella 150g.
-Bacon 100 gr.
-Smoked sausage 100 gr.
-Pitted olives 100 gr.
-Red Tomatoes 250 gr.

Mix the sifted flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl, make a recess for the fluid.
Separately, combine 250 ml of lukewarm water and olive oil and add the mixture into the hole in the flour.
Make a uniform dough and knead it thoroughly.
Subject to rise in a warm place, covered with a towel or cling film. The dough should be increased by 2 times in volume.
After that it must be obmyat and give more time to come.
When the dough is suitable for the second time, it must be carefully spread on baking sheet, sprinkle with flour (the amount of the ingredients are approximate) and make small ledges.
Lightly coat the dough with olive oil and put it on top of pizza sauce that you can buy ready-made or make yourself.
For the sauce put the grated cheese.
Now spread out the filling. Bacon for the filling I previously lightly fry on both sides over medium heat.
Bake pizza in preheated 420-450f degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
