Meat in French with tomatoes.

• 700 g pork neck;
• 1-2 bulbs;
• 3-4 tomatoes;
• 200 g of cheese;
• 100 g of mayonnaise;
• salt and pepper – to taste;
• greenery.

1. we will cut the meat and crowbar otbey it. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cover the pan with foil, smazh its vegetable oil and put meat. We shall cut onion rings and, without sharing, overlaid on top of the pork.
3. we will cut tomato slices and put them on top of the onions, mayonnaise and plenty of smazh pre sprinkle grated cheese.
4. Bake the meat in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
5. After that, let the meat stand for about 15 minutes serve with greens.
