1 kg of meat
1 tablespoon of sour cream
Greens (parsley, dill, rosemary, basil, coriander)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. The meat cut into large pieces, chop the greens. Mix in a bowl all the herbs and season with salt, add pepper.

2. Now mixed greens, meat, lemon juice, honey. Leave in the refrigerator.

3. The mixture is added the cream, stir, spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for one hour.
