Meat cupcakes.

Stuffing any – 350 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper, cumin, ground coriander – to taste
Egg – 1 pc.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Cheese grated on a fine grater – 3 tbsp. l.

1 onion cut into cubes and lightly fry.
2. Stuffing mix with onions, add salt and spices, and stir well to fight off a bowl of 20-30 times.
3. For the filling Beat the egg with a fork, add the sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
4. The molds for cupcakes distribute to each well the same number of meat.
5. Make a well with a finger. Every hole fill with egg – cheese mixture. Put baked for 30 minutes at 200 *. Then, a little cool, get out form.Podavat with your favorite side dish.
