Marinated zucchini.

2-3 small zucchini
1-2 cloves of garlic
50 ml olive oil (any vegetable)
1 tbsp wine vinegar (took regular table)
1 tbsp honey

Zucchini wash, dry, cut into very thin slices. Cool cut into ribbons conventional peeler.
Place in a bowl, pricolici (a couple of pinches of salt) and give a little time to squeeze out the juice, squeeze it and drain.
In a bowl mix the oil, honey, vinegar, peppercorns, squeeze out the garlic.
Mix the zucchini with the marinade, refrigerate for a couple hours.
Remember, the thinner you slice the zucchini, the less time they need to become delicious.
