Marble cottage cheese and coffee cake.

Delicate cheesecake, similar to the consistency of cheesecake, with a subtle taste of lemon and chocolate-coffee splashes. All lovers of cheese baking sure to try 🙂



Preparation time: 70 minutes
Servings: 6-8
You will need:
Bakeware Split, 24 cm
100 grams of milk chocolate (my bitter)
4 eggs
170 g butter
200 g of sugar
750 g of cottage cheese
zest and juice of one lemon
1 tbsp. l. semolina
4 tbsp. l. cornstarch
2 h. L. vanilla sugar
4 tbsp. l. Cocoa powder
2 tbsp. l. soluble coffee

How to cook:
1. Melt chocolate in a water bath. Egg yolks separated from the whites. Beat butter with sugar, add vanilla sugar, egg yolks, zest and lemon juice. To this add the weight of the curd (twisted in a meat grinder or in a blender, what would become creamy (a must!), Semolina and starch. It curd add the beaten egg whites.

2. Put 1/3 of dough into a separate bowl, smeshayt with chocolate, cocoa and coffee.

3. Chocolate cottage cheese (except 4 tbsp. Tablespoons) put into a form that greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina. Top distribute light weight. The remaining chocolate mass with the help of a teaspoon to spread out on the surface of the light and spread the fork or skewer in the form of a marble pattern.

4. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. At the bottom of the oven with the water supply tank. Bake the cake for 30 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 20 more minutes.

If the furnace multivarka, the time it takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.
