Marble chocolate orange ring.

For the dough:
— 225 g of butter at room temperature,
— 225 g of sugar,
— 4 eggs
— 250 g flour
— 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
— 1 large orange,
— 2 tbsp cocoa powder
— 3 tablespoons hot water
— 3 tbsp orange juice.

For the frosting and decorations:
— 50 g of chocolate,
— 50 ml of the fatty cream,
— Chocolate,
— Candied tangerine slices.

For impregnation:
— 100 ml of juice,
— 100 g of sugar,
— 1 tablespoon orange liqueur or brandy.

Cooking method:   

Heat oven to 180 degrees. Form-ring grease. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each. Gently mix in the sifted flour and baking powder. The weight split in half. In one part add the finely grated orange zest and orange juice. In other cocoa and hot water. Spoon to spread out in the form of parts of both types of test. Wooden skewers to make a marble pattern. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Ready to pull the cake from the mold. Another warm chop skewer and pour the syrup. Top decorate frosting, chocolate, mandarin (orange) slices.

For preparation of impregnation: Mix the juice and sugar, bring to a boil, add the liqueur. Cool.

For the glaze: cream boil, add the chocolate and mix well until smooth.

To prepare candied slices: Mix 200 grams of sugar, 100 ml of water, bring to a boil. Lower slices and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, until they become translucent. Put on the grill and cool.
