Magic Pie.

It seems to be absolutely conventional ingredients in the oven and everything magically turns into a stunning cake with thin layers of dough and delicious cream! Magic, no less!

-Form 20×20 to taste
-butter 115 gr.
-milk 480 grams.
-eggs (separate the whites from the yolks) 4 things.
-caster sugar 150g.
-water 1 tbsp. l.
-115 g flour.
-vanilla extract 1 hour. L.

Melt the butter and let cool.
Separately, heat the milk.
Whip the whites until stable peak.
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar.
Pour a spoonful of oil and water. Mix.
Add the sifted flour and then the milk and vanilla.
In three steps, enter the proteins.
Pour batter into prepared pan 20×20 (it will be very liquid – do not be alarmed). Bake at 380F degrees for about 45-60 minutes. until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before slicing. Cut squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
